Hello team,

We have a problem with Meraki Dashboard access.

During the testing, we added an IP range to "Allow Dashboard and Dashboard API access to these IP ranges" and we got blocked from accessing our Dashboard.

Could someone help me to resolve this problem?

If you need to unlock your Cisco Meraki account, you can contact Cisco Meraki Support.

Correct, you will need to contact Meraki Support in this instance.
