Small issue, but it is driving me crazy. My login ID has access to 2 organizations. There is one I use constantly and the other I rarely need to access. Is there a way to set my default organization for when I login?

I tried to rename the rarely used one to ZZ-HardlyUsed, but being in alphabetical order did not seem to make a difference. I also tried to make my web shortcut to https://XXXX.meraki.com/ where the XXXX is my desired organization dashboard, but after login I still get directed to the undesired organization.

If you save a favourite in a network, it should always take you back there, have you tried that?

Yes, I tried to use a shortcut to https://xxxx.meraki.com/ and after login, it still brings me to https://abcd.meraki.com/

Does your shortcut include /Network Name/.../dashboard page? I found if you link deeper in then it remembers.

Hi @JordanN ,

This would be a web browser cookie situation, I've tested this many times. Here is how I resolved this.

1.) Go to the Dashboard page you prefer. Note the time/date.

2.) Logout of the Dashboard.

3.) In you broswer history. Delete all entries of the Dashboard. EXCEPT the page preference... NB, you might need to add a column to see time/date that page was visted.

4.) enjoy... 😀
