      <title>Unable to open a support case through the Support Center</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to open a case from the Support Center, but when I attempt to do so, a notification box within the page appears that cannot be fully displayed (as shown in the image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="d1f39a8a-04a8-4be3-9079-e214538d57f1.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="image.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/270284iE8154867ACA45EC5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I initially thought it was a browser issue, so I tried using other browsers and even from a mobile device (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Chrome Mobile). The error is exactly the same across all the browsers mentioned. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
