Looking for an easier way to manage user identities and groups across your products and networks from one place?

We’ve got you covered - we just released a new Organization Wide Users page (Early Access) in the Meraki dashboard. Now you can see user details across your organization in a single view.

What user details are available?

Manage and monitor users across the following products and configured sources:

Microsoft Entra Identify Provider (IdP)
Systems Manager

What’s new

Unify user management systems: Integrate Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Identity Provider (IdP) to create a single source of end user information in your Meraki dashboard. Use the same users/groups (name, email, usernames etc.) as your IdP systems to streamline management.
Centralize user management: Get visibility into user access across your org. Add users to the org level page, view user details and their IdP source, and filter by user group tags and IdP source.
Enhance network security: Manage and segment users securely across Microsoft Entra ID and Systems Manager.

Getting started

First, log in to your Meraki dashboard to opt-in to the new Organization Wide Users page.
From the left-hand navigation > Organization > Configure > Early Access > scroll to “Organization Wide Users Page”> toggle the “Opt-in settings” button.
To configure Microsoft Entra Identity Provider (IdP), follow the steps in our documentation.

Note: if you've already deployed Meraki Systems Manager, those user details will now be synced and you’ll be able to monitor them from this page.

Availability

The Org Wide Users page will be available in Early Access for dashboard users globally beginning December 10, 2024.

Like the idea but for me the data on this page doesn't match data on other pages.

Since the initial launch, we have addressed several issues with this page's search functionality. Are you still experiencing problems with mismatched data? If so, please feel free to message me directly with more details.

I love the Meraki RADIUS and hoped so much that I can provision Users for WiFi access from here 😓.

What do I have to do to get you to build this feature?
