    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a user that needs to install a piece of software with the help from our help desk using remote control. When the user is prompted for the admin credentials, the help desk person is unable to enter anything into the dialog box. Is this by design or is there a setting that would allow it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
