    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to Covid-19, my son is using &lt;STRONG&gt;Webex Meetings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but he can't use video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other APPs (Webex Teams, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Whereby) work OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;His classmates appear like this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="WhatsApp Image 2020-04-15 at 12.10.04.jpeg" style="width: 554px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/71836i3D56E38B9AEDD64F/image-dimensions/554x312?v=v2" width="554" height="312" role="button" title="WhatsApp Image 2020-04-15 at 12.10.04.jpeg" alt="WhatsApp Image 2020-04-15 at 12.10.04.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another strange thing: We he goes to settings (video cam), his image is OK... but if you choose to disable "mirror image", his video feed will become scrambled like his classmates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've tried different cameras&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;PC has all the latest Drivers and windows 10 updates&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Flash Player and Windows Media Player are installed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Other computer (my daughter) are OK&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm the only one with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
