I would like to understand how to create a media flow that is always local on devices that are registered to webex.

as far as I understand it Video Mesh node provides this functionality only when more than two endpoints are connected.

I need a way to make all media traffic flow locally

how would this be done?

The webex registered device sends media to the cloud.
This is a good chart here to understand what uses the video mesh/webex media node. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cloudCollaboration/wbxt/videomesh/cmgt_b_webex-video-mesh-deployment-guide/cmgt_b_hybrid-media-deployment-guide_chapter_01.html
But a single video unit calling say someone@domain.com<SOMEONE> will use the Webex cloud - signalling and media will go out to the cloud.
Thanks
ashish
</SOMEONE>
