https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-administration/webex-desktop-quot-hijacking-quot-cameras-what-is-the-solution/m-p/4085805#M1355 <P>This isn't a new issue, but I'm seeing it on more computers than I did in the past, and its becoming a bigger issue.<BR /><BR />In short, when people have WebEx Desktop running even when there are no meetings going on, it "hijacks" the camera so other apps cannot use it.<BR /><BR />The only solution appears to be to Task manager -&gt; End Task on the 3 webex processes.<BR /><BR /></P><P>I'm surprised I haven't seen more about this when I search, but I was wondering if people have a good solution to it?
