Hi,

this might be due to a backend issue, when converting (claiming) the users from the free to the paid Webex. I would suggest engaging TAC to resolve the issue.

Or have you tried deleting the account showing "convet-user.local"? Before deleting any account, please always make sure that there will be no user impact.

Best regards,

Igor

Hey, everybody, my problem is this:

My company has added users to a common webex teams account, the problem is that these users, previously, had a free account (of those provided due to the COVID-19), now when you search for a contact it appears twice. In one of them, their usual email is indicated and in the other one, their email is indicated plus the following text "convet-user.local". I would like to make this second account disappear, but I haven't found a solution. Has it happened to someone else? Have you found a solution?

Thank you very much in advance

Greetings
