Webex Video playback missing Audio

Hello All,

When trying to play/share a Video over webex (i.e from Youtube), the audio is not shared. Normally you have the 'Optimize for motion and video' which allows you to 'Share Audio' but it is missing on my customers setup. Has anyone experienced this before please. (Cisco Webex Meeting Server - 4.0.1.2160.D-AE)

Hello All,

After posting the Question i have found a document which states the following:

~"Optimizing for motion and video requires Cisco Webex video platform version 2.0"

I think here lies the problem. Thanks anyway :)
