&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;how is your network environment ? and you need to check below components :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. do you have proxy in the enviroment : - so check is there any deny logs ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Do you have Firewall&amp;nbsp; - so check it was allowed ACL for the webex IP address range allowed list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you mentioned Wifi working&amp;nbsp; ? is this same place or Public wifi ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem in webex kit !!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having problem&amp;nbsp; in webex&amp;nbsp;calling .&amp;nbsp; Customer is having problem when trying to connect through lan , while connecting to Wifi services are working properly. I am hereby attaching snaps for your reference Kindly help to isolate the issue .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>A quick test from the lan you can try is from any computer on the same network - go to &lt;A href="https://mediatest.webex.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mediatest.webex.com&lt;/A&gt; and it will parse through all services to see what failed or succeeded.</description>
