Administrator control in Webex remote session

Hello,

In Webex meeting session, while I control a remote pc of a costumer, I don’t have the ability to click and type in administrator dialog boxes.

Is there any way to take full control? without the need for the customer to interferes continuously?

Hi,

Webex Remote Support is all permission based control to remotely control to view, control or share, whereas Webex Remote Access is remotely access a PC.
