    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the WebEx desktop app (in Windows 10), user tried to join a client's WebEx meeting, using an external Logitech camera. She disabled the integrated camera in Device Manager. She was connected to both WebEx and the Logitech camera, but when she clicked on the link to the live meeting, WebEx reported that the camera was being used in a different application (which it wasn't). Any ideas? Also, is there a way to test a connection (with video)&amp;nbsp; to a live meeting?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
