Hi balaji.bandi
Websense proxy and we use a PAC file and have the bypass configured for webex. I am not on the Team who configures the bypass but it seems as though it is still using the proxy even with the bypass configured. How can I determine this from a endpoint browser perspective?

Hello all,

We are experiencing significant delay issues accessing any webex.com URL when using MS Edge behind our proxy.

Google Chrome performs as expected

Using a test computer, accessing any webex.com URL takes approx. 1 minute in MS Edge. It is slow but it eventually does open. Opening the same URL in chrome works as expected within a few seconds.

Taking the same test computer, removing it from behind the proxy and connecting directly to an ISP, the URLs open instantly in Edge and Chrome.

Any guidance\thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated?

Regards
