    <description>&lt;P&gt;My organization is using Webex Teams UC Calling in multiple instances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webex Teams Desktop for Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webex Teams VDI in a XenApp environment (Windows based)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webex Teams VDI in a XenDesktop environment (Windows based)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users are having to input their Unified CM credentials throughout the work day repeatedly to maintain a connection to their Cisco 7821 desk phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We utilize a single CUCM cluster version 12.5.1 and are on the 3.0.16605.0&amp;nbsp;version of Webex Teams. Most of the complaints happen with the Webex Teams VDI XenDesktop users. I have been unable to track down where the disconnect is happening and why the credentials are not persisting for these users.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts or similar experiences would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
