The voicemail feature is due to be released later Q4 this year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you setup MRA with SSO?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have registered Webex Team (Windows )with CUCM.My Queries are following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Shall CUCM corporate directory&amp;nbsp; work on Webex Teams,just like it works on Cisco Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.How can we retrieve voicemail on Webex Teams ,just like we do on Cisco Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per "&lt;SPAN&gt;Assuming you have setup calling behaviour of "Calling in Webex Teams (Unified CM)" Directory is sync'd from webex portal. "----&amp;gt;So in this case all the AD users have to be synced to Webex Cloud via Directory Connector.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regarding "Have you setup MRA with SSO?"No we have not,we have setup SSO on Webex control hub.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
