      <title>WebEx Cloud Provisioned Endpoints - Disable Automatic Upgrade?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to manage the software version of room and desktop devices via the WebEx control hub? I see the option for desktop clients but do not see it for dedicated hardware (room kit, pro, etc). Some clients expect more controlled upgrade activity and are not keen to have auto update enabled for cloud provisioned devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I searched around and found the below, but they do not specifically address being able to manually manage software version for cloud provisioned devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/en-us/nqsukcq/Software-Updates-for-Room-and-Desk-Devices" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.webex.com/en-us/nqsukcq/Software-Updates-for-Room-and-Desk-Devices&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/en-us/d67ai1/Software-Updates-for-Cisco-Webex-Board" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.webex.com/en-us/d67ai1/Software-Updates-for-Cisco-Webex-Board&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
