adding user to webex control hub

We wanted to add users to webex control hub but there is a error that says the domain of the user doesnt match any of your claimed or verified domains, but we have been using that domain to create account for users until now. Below attached screenshot is error

check if the user created any free account or not. you can try deleting the user and try adding the user again.

are you using directory sync or configuring manually?

Check if the user has free webex account created with sintayehu@ienetworksolution.com.

No I am configuring manually, how do i check if the user created any free account and also one thing i didnt mention the domain says pending it doesnt say claimed.

They said they dont have free account and also domain ienetworksolutions,com says pending it doesnt say claimed could that be the problem. this is the screenshot.

Yes, this is definitely a reason. you cannot add a domain user until you claim and verify that domain from your control hub.
