Webex Events reports as Administrator

Hello,

I know how to get the Webex Events reports as a host, there is no issue here.

A customer asked if he can get the report of an Event with all participants, as an Administrator, from WCH.

From what I checked, I couldn't get this data.

In Monitoring > Reports, there is only one report template for Events: Events Report.

I could, however, get get the guests details from the Troubleshooting page, based on meeting ID but here is a limitation for maximum 21 days.

Please tell me if there is a way, as an administrator, to get full details on an Event from WCH.

Hello again,

I had a better look on Webex Control Hub.

Maybe of someone needs this - yes, you can access, at this moment, as an Administrator you can see Webex Events reports, with participant details from: MONITORING > Reports > Classic View > Event Overview > Held Event and Recording Download Dashboard (View a summary of Registrants, Attendees, and Recording Downloads for held events for the last 6 months).
