Cannot connect to webex using WIFI.

Hello community, I am facing this particular issue that cisco webex meeting is not working on my wifi connection. It works fine on my mobile network. Please help me with this issue as I have to attend my college classes and I am unable to do so.

Try changing the DNS address On your WIFI.

Thanks for the fast reply.

I tried but it still not working on wifi. I don't know why? Even this website was not opeining on my wifi but on mobile network all works fine.

I am able to use the webex if I connect through vpn.

What DNS IP you tried for your PC ?

I doubt its a DNS issues or Your ISP issue.

Can you share DNS that can work in my case.

My default DNS is 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

There is another issue happening with me that if I use webex using mobile data or using vpn the mic does not work. I don't know what is happening.
