Control Hub Reports

In need of more reporting options. Ideally a way to create custom reports. Specifically around devices. Not WebEx, we don't use that, we use Teams CVI. We have 250+ Room Kits and SX series registered to Control Hub. Reporting for these devices is horrible, unless it's there and we are not able to locate. TMS had this, moved away because this was supposed to be easier and provide more options. Currently all we can see via the reports are the total hours used per device per given range.

In need of:

Date/time of every call (Teams/Zoom/WebEx) made by each device

Length of each call
