Hello,

Is it possible to stop auto-upgrade of WebEx Teams on the laptop or go back to previous version (older than Version 41.11.0.20606)? The new revamped UI/UX is not user friendly, specially to find out the status on individual person and

Thanks,

Ashesh

Hi Ashesh,

Stephanie Knoop already showed you the right path but I wanted to mention, that I think the UI/UX is great and it is even easier to work with it…

Can you describe in more detail what you do not like?

Thank you

Heiko

Hi Heiko,

I agree that new UI refresh is great and very quick in response. It is just that I liked the previous version where status symbols (online, in meeting, busy, away) were clearly identified on user's name/tag. Thanks!

I think reverting back to WebEx Teams is not possible anymore (and never was).. WebEx is out for years, Webex Teams since round about a year.

Regarding the new Webex UI: There has been feedback shared with PM in the beta community when the new UI layout appeared first. It is not likely to be reverted back.
