topic Control Hub Login Timeout in Webex Administration

Hi,

Is there a way to increase the timeout on the Control Hub login? It's a real pain if you're working on something, and each time you go back to Control Hub you've been logged out. Especially as logging back in takes you to the Partner hub in a new window, then selecting customer opens another new window, then you have get interrupted yet again with the "say hi to the new Webex" splash that you can't seem to disable.

Thanks, Tony S

Yes,

You can go to Organization Settings --> Idle Timeouts. Looks for a timer called "Webex Control Hub Idle timeout"

You have to do each customer you have open, if you forget to do one and you have multiple tabs open for different customers, it will log you out of all the customer's Control hubs after the default 20 minutes.
