    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear CISCO WEBEX Help Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a basic account on Webex and we wanted to upgrade our Webex Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We're on the process of upgrading&amp;nbsp;our account, however, &lt;STRONG&gt;we cannot find PHILIPPINES on the list of the country, what should we do? &lt;/STRONG&gt;. Please see attached:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After many attempts on contacting customer service and opening a case, we still have not received a solution or recommendation on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hoping for your assistance. &lt;P&gt;What is the specific product you want to upgrade? Webex (Meetings and Webex) and Webex Calling is available in Philippines as you can see in the following article:&lt;/P&gt;
