Hi All.

Since a few days ago, I can't use virtual background in my webex meeting. I can choose image for VB, but my face is not visible.

Anyone can help? I already uninstall and reinstall webex, already reinstall Intel driver.

Is this happening in the app (which one) or on a device?

I assume you're fully visible if no VB is active, right?

Have you tried getting closer to the cam? Maybe it thinks you're part of the background?

yes. if no VB, my face can fully visible but if I,m using VB than my face is disappear

Ok, so it looks like the app/device does not recognize you or thinks you're just background..

What about the other points asked?
