Hello,

We have completely deleted a user in our Active Directory which also deletes the user account in Webex Control Hub. However, other users are reporting that the deleted users recurring meetings are still popping up to join and show in webex even though the account doesn't exist. Is there anything that can be done for this issue? It happened in the past as well and we had to contact webex support to get the meetings removed. That doesn't seem like a good solution, though.

Thank you

Hi zgauss,

You can try the following link. This will allow you to log in as the user and remove/reassign meeting.

As you have found out the practical way removing a user will not affect any scheduled meetings that the user has created. This is expected and has always been so. There are ways to remove the meetings, one would be to contact Webex support and another is to use a newly released API for this. I’ll look up the information and add to the post in a bit.

This applies to sites that are administered by the legacy Site Administration. It would not work for a site that is administered via Control Hub.
