    <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I turn off incoming call notifications playing in the headset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our users are in multiple line groups and they constantly have incoming calls. Playing that notification in their ear while they are already on a call is no good and having to mute the notifications manually each time is also no good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, this matches what I could find out, that you have to use the mobile app to change notification settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm very disappointed that our re-seller suggested this headset as a good one for a call center. So either we allow 100 employees to use their cell phones at their desks, potentially having to compensate them since we require them to have a cell phone or we have an IT Tech pair their phone with each and every headset we ever deploy to change settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
