Hello Cisco Community. I have a quick question regarding the domain in the title. What is its role? I have been seeing this domain a lot in our logs and is creating a lot of noise. Thanks beforehand.

Hello @Confid Confid,

The site tsa.webex.com is our main telemetry service for Production environments; is the destination for all in meeting telemetry.

You will see these connections peak when you have the most users joining meetings. This is normal and expected.

If your concern is you’re seeing a high number of connections per minute during peak times for tsa.webex.com or if your IT department would like to stop seeing connections towards tsa, we can process the request internally to get telemetry disabled for the site on a TAC case.

More details here:

Cheers,
