      <description>&lt;P&gt;To start the meeting in your absence,&amp;nbsp; require a cohost. you can add a cohost from your webex site&amp;nbsp; while scheduling a meeting. An outisde person can be made a cohost from the participants list after you start the meeting.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have a few options when creating the meeting and in advanced options. But as Nithin says its basically a cohost.&lt;/P&gt;
