Can anyone confirm is it possible to enable MFA with Radius for WebEx.

You are welcome (and encouraged) to configure SAML SSO. The IdP may choose to perform an MFA challenge; that decision is independent of Webex as the SAML SP.

If for some reason you are unable to use SAML SSO, Webex has a basic native MFA implementation. RADIUS or TACACS are not supported.
