Merging multiple subscription under one org

Hi All,

Good Day.

is it possible to merge multiple subscription?

The subscription is under one org.

The issue that my customer facing is:

main subscription suspended due to lapse payment.

main subscription 5 license user.wewbex.com

I'm not sure what happened, instead of clearing the lapse payment.

They enroll for a new subscription.

now we have:

subscription_2 3 license user2.webex.com
subscription_3 2 license user3.webex.com

it creates a problem when users only aware of user.webex.com.

as to utilize the license, user will need to login to the URL which it is assigned.

example : user was assigned with license from subscription_2.

he will need to login to user2.webex.com

please advise.
