Webex control hub - Azure AD Wizard - Groups synchronization

Hi all, I have set up Azure AD Wizard App in Control Hub and I would like to synchronize group objects. I already enabled the "Sync group objects" option, but on Sync Summary the group is on "To be synced" status.

Anyone knows what this status means and how can I solve it?

I am wondering did you check for Adsync services and try restarting them.

Hi Ratheesh, I am using an Azure AD sync, the Directory Connector on-prem is not involved.

I think there was a bug with syncing groups. It was recently fixed. Are you still having the issue?

Hi Jose, I think you are right because groups are now synced. I am waiting for a confirmation on the bug from Cisco support. Thanks
