Consider this setting only if the Auto Wrap Up With Time Out Of &amp;lt;&lt;VAR class="keyword varname"&gt;value&amp;gt;&lt;/VAR&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is not defined in an agent profile in the Management Portal (&lt;SPAN class="ph menucascade"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ph uicontrol"&gt;Provisioning&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ph uicontrol"&gt;Agent Profiles&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ph uicontrol"&gt;Auxiliary Codes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my original post I was clear that I am not looking for a Contact Center solution....we use Control Hub Auto Attendants &amp;amp; Queues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your solution also apply to Control Hub, or is it limited just to Contact Center?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also looking for settings in the Calling &amp;amp; Customer Experience setting to set the wrap-up time for the agents, but there is nothing to find in configuration or in documentation as of now. I assume it is not feasible, also didn't see anything on the roadmap to get this setting implemented.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
