WebEx Contact Center (WxCC) Training

Our organization is leaning heavily toward moving our 5 contact centers to WxCC. We are looking for training that will help us administer and troubleshoot WebEx Contact Center from day 1. However, it's been impossible to find any training at all, whether free or that can be paid for with CLCs.

I'm looking for any advice from the community on what courses to take or for any links that will help us prepare for supporting our call centers on WxCC.

Some background. We have used UCCX in the past but for the last year, we have been on a different call center solution that has not met our requirements.

Cisco used to offer WxCC certification and training on their golearn.webex.com portal but very recently it got moved to third party vendor. You can check https://www.sunsetlearning.com/course-catalog/cisco-webex-contact-center-expert-certification-training-cwcce/
You can get training and certified from Cisco via Sunset learning they are affiliated Cisco training partners. Additionally you can use CLC

We offer the Webex Contact Center Expert certification training for Cisco Channel Partners as well as WXCC Administration training for end customers here- https://www.sunsetlearning.com/course-catalog/administering-webex-contact-center-awxcc/ We are also developing a follow-on training that will build on this foundational class, covering advanced flows/integrations, automations and call deflection, along with advanced reporting and a few other topics.
