Wish the same. It would be nice to be able to configure a HTTP URI for a live audio stream. (Yes, Webex Calling would then need to support the media protocol used in the stream.) Then we could pipe in our radio station (we are a US university) or other audio source where we have the appropriate distribution license.

Our customers old old old phone system has a audio in jack that they could connect to a radio and it would provide their music-on-hold and they could also dial some star code on the phone and music would play through the phone's speaker.

Now that we are moving them to Webex Calling its not so easy to plug a radio or cd player into the cloud. The customers IT department understands but the nurses and management are quite upset about losing this beloved feature.

So as a last hope I told the customer I would post something here in the hopes that some creative engineering types have a clever work around.

Any thoughts?
