Using Webex For remote desktop support

Hi there,

I am looking for an answer to the following qeustion:

- how can we get to use Webex (or other cisco solution) to provide remote desktop support the user friendly way like Teamvier?

I have searched the community but those topics are from years ago. So i am hoping some can answer me with the most recent version of Webex.

I have read that it is possible to change the webex installer with our own logo and identity. Is this possible?

is there are direct way to take over the computer of the end-user or is it necessary to start/plan webex meting before hand?
