Webex export global configuration

Greetings everyone,

I am working on some bulk edits in a Webex contro-hub wich I want to export the "global" configuration.

I know you can export users in "Control Hub > Users > Manage users by CSV". I can do it to for like my Auto Attendant features in calling or other features... But what if I want to export everything from the control-hub in multiples CSV files corresponding to my actual configuration ?

Is there a way to export everything in csv, work in bulk and then import back on the control hub ?

Hey @Kina86,

So, at this time there is no way to bulk download and store the settings for all of your organization settings. However, there is interest in getting this added, I would recommend submitting a feature request via the Webex User Feedback portal to ask for this to be prioritized to be added to Control Hub.
