Webex account migration to organization without data loss

Hi,

Earlier our Webex setup wasn’t properly managed — some users created their own Webex accounts using company emails before we claimed the domain.

Now we have around 10 such accounts that exist outside our organization, and we’d like to move them under our managed Webex Control Hub without losing their chat history or meeting data.

Is there any way to migrate these existing user accounts (created with company emails) into our organization while keeping their data?

Hi Mariuz

You need to claim those users, after that the user has 14 days to bring their conversations. Here an article explaining the steps and process once you do the claim
