Hey @Teo Medesi

1) If you sold the licenses and equipment already without using a trial, when placing the order make sure that you are added as the partner that is selling the services to the customer. Once the order and subscription is provisioned, you should then see the customer appear in your Customer List in Partner Hub.
2) You have a couple options. a) You can issue a trial to the customer, which would grant you Provisioning Admin to the customer's organization. The customer than then promote you to Full Admin to manage all services in the customer organization. b) The customer can add your user accounts manually as External Full Admins, which then grant you this access without a subscription, but requires each member of your partner org to be added to the customer org manually. c) Complete a P2P transfer request, you can reference this help document for more information on this.

Thanks!

Webex Partner Hub - Onboarding a New Customer / Licencing

Hello. I work for a Cisco Partner and we are trying to get started with offering Webex and Webex videoconferencing as a service to our customers, specifically the Webex Room kit. We haven't done the process with any customers yet, so I am just trying to get an idea for what customer onboarding and licencing looks like.

I can see from the customers view page that we can add customers by starting trials, but I can't anywhere online what the procedure would be if we sold the Webex Room Kit and device registration licences right away, without a trial?

If we start the trial, how do we transition to a paid subscription for the device licences? ( licence for Room Kit )

Im just trying to understand the sales process of onboarding new customer with Webex

Another question:

If a customer already has a Webex instance, and Control Hub, and they want to be managed by us, how do we add them to our Webex Partner Hub and gain access to their Control Hub?

Thank you in advance!
