Hi,

Can someone explain the difference between Message and Meeting total user license. The attached file shows two totals in the control hub.

These numbers are simply a count of the individual user licenses that your organization has consumed for the Messaging and Meetings features of Webex. Your organization purchased "x" amount of licenses. Message = chat (formerly Webex Teams). Meetings = Webex Meetings services.

Apart from this great explanation given by Sinclair a side note is that it’s been a few years ago since Cisco stopped spelling Webex with a capital E.
