WebEx session does not see Surface Pro Camera

Have a customer that has a new Surface Pro.

We have a problem that when he is in a WebEx Session, the application is not seeing the built in camera.

MS Teams can be used and uses the camera with no problem.

We have checked all settings that we can see and it looks like all the applications should have access to all applications and WebEx is in the list.

Any thoughts?

Some time ago, I had issues with the Surface Book of a user.
To make the WebCam work, we had to update the Intel Graphics Drivers of his device.
