topic Store and Retrieve Chat Thread Variable in Webex Connect

I am looking to accomplish the following:

On a new inbound chat thread, ask the customer a few questions and store those answers as a variable in the thread that can be used to influence the remainder of the conversation with the customer.

I know i can store and use the variable during the initial chat, but I am looking to store and retrieve it in such a way that on the 2nd, 3rd and Nth chat after, I am able to use that in my flow design.

I have been unable to figure out a way to accomplish this and looking for guidance here.

Hi @Daryl Clark,

If you are looking for data persistence across flows you will need to store these details in a database and then fetch the details from there using HTTP Request node as part of the flow execution and use them contextually.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any additional info.
