Are you receiving this error response while calling the SMS API? Please can you provide some more information on your implementation?

I was simply testing the sanbox enviornment, the to field is configured with an Irish number. From is default.

Thanks for sharing additional details. Please can you share the last 4 digits of the 'to' no. so that I can raise this issue with out technical team for further investigation.

I'm using Irish number with country code +353 and the last four digits 9569

Hi @rahul-chandran ,

Our technical team has requested for some more information to debug further. Can you please perform a test transaction by sending another SMS from the Sandbox home tool and share the message ID of the transaction, along with the service key.
