Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create a simple dropdown on a Live-Chat Template in the Webex Connect Template section. (Tools -> Templates), however when I add a dropdown on a template it seems that the dropdown is limited to 7 options only, which makes me wonder about potential use cases where I would need more than 7 options that need to be displayed to the user, like displaying a list of countries. Can this be overcomed?, or is it a limitation I haven't found on the documentation?

@mparra.fusionet Dropdown element allows up to a maximum of 8 options. The UI doesn't allow adding more than eight and showcases the following warning when trying to do so. It's covered in documentation as well in Character Limits and Validations section in this page: https://help.webexconnect.io/docs/livechat-template

When you have more than 8 options, the best option for now would be to ask the users to enter the details manually.

Thank you @Connect - Tanuj @!, I must have missed it, it would be good to support something as simple as higher amount of options, just saying that it makes the implementation easier and the possibility of a user entering the wrong value easier.

A simple example would be having a listing of country codes (that would be around 200 options range).
