Broadworks Sandbox - Supported phone templates info

Hello,

it looks like the Broadworks Sandbox provides a limited number of available phone templates, we are interested in testing below models:

- Yealink T46 (actually supported but not present in the Broadworks devices list)

- Cisco IP phones 7960 / 7940 (which are in the Broadworks devices list).

May you confirm us whether those models can be registered to the Broadworks? If not, is it possible to add them to our lab?

Yealink T46 Phone templates are added to the server and yes you could able to register Cisco IP phones 7960 and 7940. Let me know if you have any questions.

Regarding Cisco IP Phones 7960 and 7940, is there any specific configuration guide?

You can find Cisco 7960 and 7940 Partner config guide from xchange.broadsoft.com.
We have to create the device profile for Yealink T46G manually, I will keep you posted on this.
