      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am analyzing XSI documents and I found the fac access codes, but not how they are used, could someone help me and give me some guidance or an example?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;FAC can be used for activating or deactivating features like DND, CFA,CFNA ,Call Park etc.,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;activating :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We can do it from the end point by its fac code for example :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;DND : Dial *78 for activating it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CFA : Dial *90 followed by the Phone number to which number you want to forward example : *904444666690&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;deactivating :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;DND : Dial *79 for deactivating it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CFA : Dial *91 , for deactivating it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from XSI actions page activate or deactivate services by giving the FAC in the Address field of the following path&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;http(s)://&amp;lt;hostaddress:port&amp;gt;/com.broadsoft.xsi-actions/v2.0/user/&amp;lt;userid&amp;gt;/calls/new&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
