Hi,
when I assign the service "Basic Supplemental I" to a user, and use "/v2.0/user/ <userid> / calls" to see the active calls, it returns nothing.
returns me empty even when there is a call running. anyone know why?

Could you provide us the complete API request url ?

I could able to fetch FAC/Profile informations etc, Could you try again.

I still can't see the active calls. with the "Basic Supplemental I" service assigned, the url returns nothing, but without "Basic Supplemental I" assigned, if I can see the calls.

Basic supplemental service pack restricts advanced services and API usage.
