Connect to a Call Via API

Hello,

I'm calling following API for new call from postman and in response I'm getting call id too.

http://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com/com.broadsoft.xsi-actions/v2.0/user/u97******61@b********b.com/calls/new?address=97******61&format=json

But using this Call ID I'm calling following api and in response I'm getting CALL ID not found.

http://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com/com.broadsoft.xsi-actions/v2.0/user/u97******61@b********b.com/calls/<call_id>

I want to connect to a call using Broadwork. Please someone tell me step wise procedure how to do that.
I have not created any dialer till now. Am I missing something here?
