BWR23 Interop Test Problem: Flexible Seating is working abnormal

Hi Cisco Team,

We are prepare for the BW R23 Interop Testing, And We found that the Flexible Seating Feature is not working correctly, When Device Guest-In or Guest-Out, Device then can not get correct configuration file, This issue is easy to reproduce.

I couldn't find another instance of this issue. The docs for release 23 can be found here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/broadworks/series.html

The release 24 documentation is much more detailed: Cisco BroadWorks Documentation Guide Release 24. Have you considered upgrading?
