      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to get a file from broadworks (&lt;A href="http://ews1.iop1.broadworks.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://ews1.iop1.broadworks.net&lt;/A&gt;) using the HTTP range header (Range: bytes=0-1499) but the server replies with the entire file. Is there an option to enable range request functionality?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
